2026 Estimating & Quantity Takeoff Course

Description

Course will cover:

• the role of the estimator in the construction process 
• calculating material quantities (quantity takeoff) using blueprints from real projects
• calculating costs (estimating) using various generally accepted methods. 

Participants are expected to have a working knowledge of blueprint reading and construction math, meaning they can read and interpret drawings and calculate dimensions, areas, volumes, etc
