CNC Burning table operator 2nd Shift

Upstate Steel is currently looking for a CNC Burning table operator for 2^nd Shift ( 2pm-10pm). We are a family owned company and major fabricator and supplier of structural steel, sheet and plate. We service a variety of industries, including commercial contractors, home builders, municipalities, highway and bridge contractors and DOT work. Our services consist of shearing, sawing, CNC cutting, forming, rolling, and code welding. Responsibilities:

• Operate a CNC Burn table

Required Qualifications:

Must have experience in CNC motion controls and steel fabrication

Overhead crane and fork lift experience required

High school diploma or equivalent

Construction and/or industrial work experience required

Some heavy lifting may be necessary

Being able to stand on your feet for long periods of time

A valid driver’s license

Working conditions can be noisy, dusty, hot, cold

Extended hours may be required during peak production
