Project Manager

Project Managers focus on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring we meet quality, safety, and financial obligations of the projects.

This role serves as a crucial link between estimating, field, subcontractors, vendors, and the finance department ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Creating detailed plans, analyzing bid doc’s vs site plans and ensure they align.

Execute Handoff and kickoff meetings, breaking down tasks, setting realistic deadlines, and managing resources and executing scope and schedule.

work with General foreman and project management team to ensure efficiency in manpower is met.

Overseeing financial aspects and ensuring efficient allocation of personnel and tools.

Tracking workflows, setting KPIs, and ensuring tasks stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Identifying potential problems early, developing mitigation plans, and resolving issues quickly.

Acting as the central hub for all stakeholders, providing clarity, feedback, and managing expectations.

Defining quality standards and ensuring deliverables meet or exceed them.

Prepare submittals and manage change order log.

Adapting to changes, learning from mistakes, and improving processes for future projects.

Accountable for schedule of values and monthly AIA billings to be cash positive on all jobs.

Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of construction project management

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, and estimating tools (Bluebeam, Plan Swift, etc.)

Ability to interpret construction plans, specs, and estimates

Negotiation and vendor management

Excellent communication and crew leadership skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in sitework construction
