Interested in starting a career in the skilled trades? Powell’s Heating & Cooling is hiring a motivated and dependable HVAC Apprentice to train alongside experienced technicians. No prior HVAC experience required — just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Pay: Based on skill level and growth; room for advancement

Responsibilities (with training):

-Assist with installation and maintenance of HVAC systems

-Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues

-Support lead technicians on job sites

-Help with equipment setup and cleanup

-Follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:

-Must be dependable and eager to learn

-Comfortable using hand tools and working with your hands

-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

-Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

-Positive attitude and team player mentality
